All products carry a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Unused or unworn products still in original packaging maybe returned for any reason within 30days of receipt. Logoíd or customized items may
only be returned for defect.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped with your customized logo within 3 to 5 business days via Ground UPS form our Ohio distribution center. Stocking programs are available.
Delivery Time
Custom logoíd orders are shipped in 5 to 7 days. In most cases a portion of the large programs are kept in finished goods already embroidered and can be shipped with in 24 hours.
